How can I initiate an exchange?
To initiate an exchange for your regular-priced item within 7 days of delivery, please reach out to us along with product photos. Kindly note that the return shipping cost will need to be covered by you. We genuinely appreciate your understanding, especially since we are a small business, and this cost can be challenging for us.
What items are eligible for exchange?
Only regular-priced bracelets in their original and unused condition, along with their packaging, will be considered eligible for exchange with an item of equal or lesser value. If you choose an item of greater value, additional charges will apply.
Exchange Procedure:
To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our customer service at drizzlestudioofficial@gmail.com to request an exchange.
2. Provide the necessary details, including your order number, the item you wish to exchange, the reason for the exchange. You must provide clear photos of the product.
3. Once we receive and approve the item, we will notify you and initiate the exchange process.
What if I receive a defective or damaged product?
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately with photos. Requests for exchanges due to defects or damage must be made within 3 days of receiving the product. We will guide you through the process to ensure a swift resolution.
How long do I have to request an exchange?
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days after receiving the products.
Can I exchange an item more than once?
No. Exchanges are generally limited to one per original purchase. If you encounter any issues or have specific concerns, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance.
